We recognise that applying for any job can lead to questions and anxiety so to try to remove as much of the uncertainty as possible we have prepared the following pages to help enlighten you as to the processes we undertake in recruiting to the Trust, as well as to offer some hints and tips on the application and interview process. Due to the nature of the work environment in which we work various checks need to be carried out which can lead to the recruitment process being slightly more laborious that in other organisations. Our processes have been designed to be as efficient as possible whilst ensuring compliance with our safe recruitment policies.
