Newly qualified nurses
Newly qualified nurses are welcomed at Weston Area Health Trust with a comprehensive Preceptorship package available. This will be tailored to your individual needs focusing on skills and previous experience. You will be given a supernummary status on appointment which will be monitored and evaluated by your ward/unit manager and Preceptor. You will have a meeting at 6 months with your ward/unit manager to assess your progress and competencies.
You will be joining a supportive team who will endeavour to facilitate your learning and development ‘in house; Shifts/duties are rostered flexibly with you whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance.
